The catalogue lists variants of each model rather than individual items. Write to us about a variant and we send a quotation for one item we hold: its grade with a note on any marks, the battery health reading, the box contents and the price in EUR.

Nothing is sold until you confirm that quotation in writing and INNOVAPATHYE S.R.L. confirms it back by email; that confirmation is your record of the purchase. Consumers see VAT-inclusive prices, businesses see VAT as a separate amount.

Before you decide, the quotation spells out the destination, the courier, the shipping charge and an estimated delivery window. Items leave once payment has arrived and travel tracked.

On a consumer purchase, anything that happens to the parcel in transit is at INNOVAPATHYE S.R.L.’s risk up to the moment you, or someone you designated, take delivery.

Consumers in the European Union can cancel within 14 days of the day the item is delivered, with no explanation needed, as Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 provides. Tell us so by email inside that period, then send the item back within another 14 days; the cost of sending it back is yours.

We return what you paid, the basic delivery charge included, no later than 14 days after hearing from you, using the same payment channel. We may hold the refund until the item reaches us or you show proof of dispatch, and we may deduct the loss in value caused by use beyond what a careful check would need.

An iPhone or iPad must come back signed out of iCloud, with Find My turned off and the content erased; while Activation Lock is still on we can neither inspect nor refund it. Purchases made for a business carry no cancellation right.

Government Emergency Ordinance no. 140/2021, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/771, makes INNOVAPATHYE S.R.L. answerable to consumers for any non-conformity that comes to light during the two years after delivery. For second-hand goods the parties may agree on a period of at least one year; if your purchase uses that option, the confirmation states it.

The grade and the marks noted in the quotation are what you bought, so they do not count as non-conformity. If an item falls short of the contract, you may first request repair or replacement; if neither can be done, would be disproportionate or is not completed within a reasonable delay, you may request a price reduction or, unless the fault is minor, terminate the contract with a refund.

To raise a problem, email us the confirmation number, what is wrong and a photo if it helps; we will explain where to post it for inspection. We do not add a commercial warranty to the legal guarantee.

Accepted payment methods and the bank details for your purchase appear in the confirmation. This site takes no payments, and we never request card details by email.

We receive only what you write to us. Through the contact form that means a name, an email address, a subject, the variant you mention and your message; for a completed purchase we also keep delivery and invoicing details. The website itself stores nothing about visitors: no cookies, no analytics.

Purposes and legal bases: replying to you and preparing a quotation at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); performing the sale and meeting Romanian bookkeeping and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)); answering questions unrelated to a purchase, which we have a legitimate interest in doing (Article 6(1)(f)). No marketing use and no automated decision-making.

Service providers acting for us: Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, forwards our mailbox and operates the endpoint that receives the form; Google LLC hosts the mailbox we read. Transfers outside the European Economic Area, where they occur, are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses. The courier receives the delivery details of a confirmed order.

Retention: correspondence that does not lead to a sale is deleted 18 months after it ends; sale records are kept as long as Romanian accounting and tax law requires.

You can see your data, have it put right or removed, limit or object to its use, and take a copy with you, by writing to support@innovapathye.com. Complaints can go to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.

None are set. The pages load no third-party scripts, fonts or analytics. If that ever changes, this article will list what is used and how to decline it.

Romanian law governs purchases from INNOVAPATHYE S.R.L.; a consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live. Consumers in Romania can turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and its alternative dispute resolution scheme; consumers elsewhere in the EU can approach the consumer authority where they live. Otherwise the Romanian courts decide.
